We are confident in our products and our top goal is to make you feel confident wearing them! We hope you love shopping at The Pink Nickel, so we strive to make our customers happy. Our return policy is as follows:

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the damaged item so we can make it right.

Our return policy is for store credit or exchange only. Items are eligible for return if they meet the following criteria:

  1. All items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and still has the original tags still attached.
  2. Items are received by The Pink Nickel no later than 14 days from the original purchase date.
  3. All jewelry and sale items are final sale.

How do I start a Return?

If you wish to make a return or exchange, please email returns@thepinknickel.com with your order number and we will email you a RA number (return authorization). Please write the RA on your invoice and on the outside of your package before mailing (any returns shipped without RA will be refused). Please note RA numbers expire after 5 days. Items must be shipped back within 5 days in order to be accepted.

How do I send my Return?

You will be sent a pre-paid return label, the cost of return shipping is $6.95 for any number of items and will be deducted from your store credit (Pink Nickel E-Gift Card). You may also choose to mail the item back using your own insured, traceable method.

How will I get my refund?

The return total will be given in store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card, less the cost of shipping and return shipping. Please allow up to 4 business days to process your return after The Pink Nickel receives it. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
