returns & exchanges
Our return policy is for store credit or exchange only. Items are eligible for return if they meet the following criteria:
- All items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and still has the original tags still attached.
- Items are received by The Pink Nickel no later than 14 days from the original purchase date.
- All jewelry and sale items are final sale.
If your item does not meet the above criteria, do NOT attempt to return your items as they will be rejected by our Returns Department.
If you wish to make a return or exchange, please email us with your order number and we will email you a RA number (return authorization). Please write the RA on your invoice and on the outside of your package before mailing (any returns shipped without RA will be refused). Please note RA numbers expire after 5 days. Items must be shipped back within 5 days in order to be accepted.
When sending your items, we strongly suggest sending them USPS Priority mail, UPS, or FedEx with a tracking number. The Pink Nickel is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.
The return total will be given in the form of a store credit, less the cost of shipping and return shipping. Please allow up to 4 business days to process your return after The Pink Nickel receives it. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
